No. Source Workwear works through vetted Bangladesh production partners and manages development, costing, compliance and bulk production around each project. You get managed routes and UK-led oversight — not a factory directory.

Do you only work in Bangladesh?

Bangladesh is our core focus and where we have the deepest factory relationships across workwear categories. We assess each product on technical and commercial suitability — and will advise honestly if a style is better suited to a different production geography.

MOQs depend on the product — category, construction, fabric and factory route all influence what is commercially viable. As a guide, bulk production typically starts around 2,000 pieces per style. Smaller production runs can sometimes be structured within broader multi-style programmes when overall volume and phasing work for the factory route. MOQs are quoted per style — not as a single blended figure across a mixed range. We assess feasibility honestly at brief stage — share your programme scope and we'll advise on realistic quantities.

Sampling usually takes 4–8 weeks from approved tech pack and fabric confirmation, depending on category and factory capacity. Bulk production typically runs 8–14 weeks after sample approval and PO confirmation — outerwear and taped constructions often sit at the longer end. We share realistic timelines at costing stage rather than optimistic placeholders.

How does sampling work and what does it cost?

We develop against your brief or tech pack: fabric sourcing, construction review, sample make, fit comments and revisions as agreed. Sample charges depend on product complexity and materials — we quote development and sample costs before work starts. Most programmes include one or two fit rounds; additional rounds are scoped upfront if needed.

What happens after I submit a product brief?

We review every brief properly — usually within two working days. You'll get a reply confirming whether Bangladesh is a sensible route for your style, what information we still need, and suggested next steps (e.g. sample development, costing review or a sourcing call). Can you support sustainable or recycled materials?

Yes. We support GRS-certified recycled polyester, organic and BCI cotton, and other certified materials with transaction certificate documentation. We focus on credible, evidenced claims — including documentation for Green Claims Directive and CSRD reporting where required.
